The Cockburn Community Infrastructure Plan 2024-2041 is now complete. Tempest Park Redevelopment (page 10) is already approved to (slowly) progress. At the June 2025 City of Cockburn Ordinary meeting, there was a Tempest Park Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study as part of the meeting papers.
The Coolbellup Community Facilities Master Plan (Len Packham and the Cooby Hub) is second on the list of proposed new projects in the Cockburn Community Infrastructure Plan 2024-2041 (page 38). We are doing our best to keep in touch with City of Cockburn as this slowly progresses
